Position SummaryThe Community Impact Seasonal Associate will be responsible for assisting the Community Impact Department with a variety of community outreach activities throughout training camp and the season, including special events and games. The Seasonal Associate position will run May 2026 - February 2027 and requires 40+ hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of all Community Impact activities
- Assist in the facilitation of Community Impact special events
- Assist with Community Impact department on all Buffalo Bills Foundation programs
- Promote a positive fan experience and work as a part of a creative team
- Available for all game days and special events; including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Pursuing a degree such as Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sport Management, or related degrees
- Will consider rising juniors, seniors, or recent graduates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude as well as demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines as they are presented and be detail orientated
- Possess computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to walk and navigate stadium stairs and spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
The salary for this position is $17.50/hour. The expected duration is May 2026 - February 2027.
This role is approximately 40 hours per week.
