Program Manager

Work Arrangement: Onsite four days per week, with flexibility on which days

Lead complex enterprise programs with executive visibility and ownership from planning through delivery. We're seeking an experienced Program Manager who can bring multiple work streams together, navigate competing priorities, and turn business objectives into measurable results.

• Lead related projects and initiatives spanning three or more business or functional areas.
• Own integrated plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and change controls.
• Coordinate project managers, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams to keep delivery on track.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when scope, cost, or timelines shift.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and milestones to executive leadership.
• Establish effective governance, maintain internal controls, and promote team accountability.

• 8+ years of project/program management experience
  , including complex enterprise programs.
• Proven delivery ownership from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Strong budget, resource, schedule, and dependency management skills.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate priorities, and build consensus.
• Excellent executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies.

• PMP and/or PgMP certification.
• Programs with $5M+ budgets and 18-24-month delivery timelines

• Coordination of 30-50 FTEs and larger project teams.
• Initiatives involving multiple business areas and internal/external system integrations.
