Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for the expansion, growth, and diversification of the service offerings for the client. In addition, this resource will ensure that the strategic direction of the program is translated into program operations.

• Utilize tools such as Linked In Talent Insights and MRA data toidentifyissues and provide suggestions related to requisition fulfillment challenges.

• Provide client decision supportregardingappropriate worker classification.

• Provide clients with supplier optimization recommendations, andassist
  
  Supplier Relations with contract terminations as needed.

• Deliver supplier scorecards, and corrective actions or probation related to contract violations.

• Assistin qualifying suppliers and contract negotiations as needed to support programs.

• Identify and resolve issues that arise.

• Measure Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports toidentifytrends, gaps, opportunities.

• Work withclienttomonitorprogram satisfaction (stakeholders & hiring managers), provides order fulfillment coaching to team members.

• Work withclienttomonitorsupplier satisfaction, provide necessary coaching to suppliers.

• Interpret data with market context and industry insights for client review.

• Provide updates and recommend best practices for program and/or system enhancements.

• Develop and manage projects related to program/team development and improvement
