We are seeking a motivated Assistant Site Superintendent to support our commercial construction team in Buffalo, NY. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, particularly interior renovations in active, fast-paced environments
. You will work closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects running safely, on time, and with the highest quality.

• Support daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and assist with RFIs.
• Monitor progress, perform walk-throughs, and track punchlist items.
• Promote and enforce company and OSHA safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience (interior renovations preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Competitive salary: $62,000 – $75,000 annually
