PositionOur Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Construction Manager for our Roswell Park Cancer Institute project team.
Responsibilities- Interface with client/owner to understand their needs, project scope and coordinate with end‑users.
- On behalf of the client/owner manage multiple teams of architects, engineers and contractors for multiple projects.
- Work directly with the client using strong communication skills.
- Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.
- Manage contractor compliance with documents.
- Manage multiple‑contractor projects.
- Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage submittals, requisitions and the change‑order process.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful project management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in general building construction and MEP systems construction for renovation projects in hospitals or medical facilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- General understanding of hospital or medical facility projects.

CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience. Compensation range: $90,000 – $105,000. The firm believes this is the salary they are willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined by individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
