** WHERE YOU'LL LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY:
** Buffalo, NY, is a city with serious heart — a place where gritty determination meets genuine community pride. Situated on the eastern shore of Lake Erie in western New York, Buffalo has undergone a remarkable revitalization, with a booming culinary scene, a thriving arts community, and a waterfront that draws visitors and residents alike. The city is, of course, the birthplace of the Buffalo wing, and its food culture runs deep — from beef on weck at neighborhood taverns to sponge candy from beloved local chocolatiers.

The rejuvenated Canalside district pulses with concerts, festivals, and waterfront activities year-round.  Culture runs deep in Buffalo, too. The Buffalo AKG Art Museum (formerly the Albright-Knox) is one of the oldest public art institutions in the country and houses one of the most significant modern art collections in the world. Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin House and the city's magnificent Olmsted-designed park system — one of the most intact in North America — speak to Buffalo's extraordinary architectural heritage.

Shea's Performing Arts Center brings Broadway touring productions and world-class performances to a stunning Rococo Revival theater right in the heart of downtown.  And if you love sports, Buffalo is your town. The beloved Buffalo Bills (NFL) and the Buffalo Sabres (NHL) inspire some of the most passionate fan bases in professional sports. Beyond the games, outdoor adventure is always close at hand — Niagara Falls is just 20 miles away, and the surrounding region offers hiking, skiing, boating, and state parks in every season.

Buffalo is a city that rewards those who put down roots, offering an affordable cost of living, a welcoming spirit, and a community proud of its comeback…
