Penguin Random House’s Delacorte Press is seeking an Associate Editor to join its editorial team and support our growing licensed publishing program. The role blends hands-on editing, acquisitions, and project management within a collaborative environment.
You will manage licensed projects, work with authors and licensors, and partner with Design, Production, Marketing, Publicity and Sales to shape books for MG and YA readers while meeting evolving schedules and editorial standards.
