English Writing Generalist – Quality Review (AI Training)
AboutThe Role
We’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented English writing professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your editorial instincts will directly shape how AI systems write, communicate, and express ideas in English — making a measurable impact on the quality of content that reaches millions of people.

Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style
- Identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and awkward phrasing that undermine quality
- Improve readability and flow without altering the original intent or meaning
- Apply consistent editorial judgment across a wide range of content types and topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback using defined quality rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Humanities, Communications, or a related field
- Strong proofreading and editing instincts with a sharp eye for linguistic detail
- Able to evaluate large volumes of content efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated — comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
- Professional editing, copywriting, or content review experience
- Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
- Experience working with AI tools or content quality workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
- Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
