About the Position

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Quick Lane Service Advisor at our Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buffalo location. This position is responsible for greeting and guiding our clients through the maintenance process and will be on the frontline. Ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience during their service visits. The ideal candidate will be dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

This position is not remote and will require the candidate to be onsite at our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assess customer service needs and advise on maintenance requirements and potential solutions.
• Prepare detailed work orders based on the initial evaluation and technician diagnostics.
• Coordinate and prioritize workflow between clients and the service team to ensure effective queue management.
• Communicate clearly and accurately the recommendations from technicians to the customer.
• Offer cost estimates for repairs and routine maintenance and explain the value and benefits of services provided.
• Process service orders and payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
• Consistently follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and notify them promptly upon completion of service.
• Handle customer concerns with empathy and resolve challenges by proposing beneficial resolutions.
