Bilingual Debt Collectors

Are you bilingual in English and Spanish? We want to hear from you!

Capital Management Services is expanding our third-party debt collections team, and we're looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking consumers.

• Contact consumers regarding delinquent accounts and outstanding balances

• Negotiate payment arrangements and help consumers identify appropriate account resolutions

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in English and Spanish

• Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented call center environment

• Accurately document account activity and follow applicable collection regulations

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

• Prior collections experience is a plus, but not required

• Call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable discussing outstanding balances and requesting payment

• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• $18/hour starting wage for bilingual collectors

• Commission opportunity

• $150 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment
