• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing clients' needs and concerns promptly
• Work with the sales team to understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions
• Monitor client activity, usage, and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain solutions is a plus
