Physiatrist (PM&R)
Azza Health Care Agency is seeking a compassionate Physiatrist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient practice in Middletown, NY.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative care, including EMG studies and procedures.
- Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physical therapy and other specialists.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.
- MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in PM&R.
- New York license.
- Experience in outpatient practice.
