Academic Scholar – Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor, Stroke Division, Department of Neurology
Join the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences as a Vascular Neurology faculty member at the Assistant/Associate or Professor level. Candidates should be board‑eligible/board‑certified in Neurology and ACGME Fellowship trained in Vascular Neurology. The position is located in the Vascular Neurology Division at Buffalo General Hospital.
Responsibilities- Clinical responsibilities covering the inpatient stroke service at Buffalo General Medical Center and Gates Vascular Institute.
- Bedside and didactic teaching of neurology residents, fellows, and medical students rotating on the stroke service.
- Clinical research, including participation in stroke studies underway or commencing through the UB Department of Neurology.
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Neurology and ACGME Fellowship trained in Vascular Neurology. Previous experience in stroke services and clinical research preferred.
