PHP is seeking a dedicated and community-focused Rheumatologist to join our growing multispecialty network. This full-time outpatient position will be based in the Buffalo South towns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to clinical excellence, collaborative care, and advancing population health in the community.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care to adult patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Oversee and supervise the on-site infusion suite, including patient safety, treatment protocols, and collaboration with infusion nursing staff.
- Collaborate with primary care and specialty colleagues to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families managing chronic conditions.
- Contribute to community health initiatives and support access to specialty care across underserved populations.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to community-based care.
- Prior experience supervising infusion services is preferred but not required.
- Base salary range – $250,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience)

* Base rate is not inclusive of productivity and quality incentives that service line specific positions may qualify for in their department. Signing, retention and relocation bonuses may also be available and would also be in addition to base salary compensation. The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting.
When determining pay, several factors will be considered including but not limited to location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, professional credentials, internal equity, and budget.
