Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

- Diagnose and manage neuromuscular/musculoskeletal conditions
- Coordinate outpatient rehabilitation and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials
- Conduct physical exams and diagnostic assessments
- Contribute to quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
MD/DO from an accredited institution, board eligibility/certification in PM&R, and a valid NY license. Experience in pain management or anesthesia is a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary ($400K-$550K), comprehensive benefits, paid time off, relocation assistance, and career development opportunities.
Job DetailsFull-time, with travel up to 25% preferred. Locations:
Orchard Park, NY ($400K-$550K) and Buffalo, NY ($230K-$265K).
