If those statements ignite you, you’re at the right place! We are looking for Teacher Aides at Victory Early Childhood n's Parkside, our integrated Early Childhood Program for students 2.5-5 years old.
Our education program strives to provide specialized, high quality educational programming for students with and without disabilities across Western New York. Our programs serve Pre-K through 12th grade students in 6 schools, with a focus on blending academic and social emotional support to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Pay$16.46/hour - $19.00/hour, depending on applicable experience
ScheduleMonday - Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM

The Teacher Aide assists the teacher in providing quality education in a language‑enriched environment. The Teacher Aide supports the teacher by following his/her lead to teach life skills, socialization skills, and pre‑academics to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and helps them attain their highest level of personal achievement.
EssentialJob Duties
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Growth and Development
- Ability to effectively interact with other staff members (good communication skills, teamwork)
- Basic Computer skills
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
- Some Early Childhood or related field, is preferred
- New Hire Orientation
The overall nature of the position is sedentary requiring little physical effort with occasional light physical exertion required. There is little, if any, exposure to environmental conditions.

- The frequent physical demands of the position are standing, walking, climbing, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
