Terra Nova Advisors are a crucial part of a teacher-led school, dedicated to supporting many roles; particularly interested in design & build of a student-driven, project-based model; committed to long-term success of the unique educational program; provide quality project & seminar instruction while simultaneously building strong relationships. This role requires ability to be flexible, yet consistently provide structure for students; involves being an active, engaged member of the TPP (Team/Teacher Powered Practice).

• License Requirements:
  Minnesota licensure grades 6-12
• Education:
  
  BA/BS from accredited college or university
• Experience:
  
  Diverse background with hobbies and talents to share; enjoys the outdoors, nature & outdoor, physical projects
• Physical demands:
  The position requires daily physical activities outdoors around campus, & off campus per scheduling
• Ability to serve on two or more committees (management teams)
• Ability to think outside the box. Collaborate, take leadership & develop a system. Follow through to completion

• Charter school experience
• Project-Based Learning and/or personalized learning experience
• Teacher-led/powered school governance experience
• First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

As a small, project-based school we serve up to 115 students in grades 6-12.
