Kenmore Tonawanda UFSD is seeking a caring aide to support our special classes during academic instruction, focusing on maintaining a safe, structured environment for students with social-emotional and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include using de-escalation strategies, assisting the teacher and support team, supervising transitions such as lunch periods, and documenting and communicating student needs.
Experience with de-escalation techniques is preferred.
