We’re looking for a Graduate Chemical Process Engineer to join our Engineering Design Organization. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to design and deliver innovative solutions for environmental and chemical/industrial projects that make a lasting impact.

• Design and deliver innovative solutions for environmental and chemical/industrial projects.
• Develop P&.
• Prepare mass and energy balances.
• Design and procure equipment.
• Size pipes and pumps.
• Prepare specifications and bid/construction documents.
• Support system start‑up and process troubleshooting.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and cost estimates.
• Participate in engineering inspections, design support, and quality assurance.
• Engage in contract management, product and solution development, and project management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovation.
• Build personal capability through training, accreditation, and professional development.
• Provide client and customer management support, including sales systems.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in Process Design.
• Willing and able to travel for on‑site field work as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: $71,000–$73,000 based on experience.
