This full-time, on-site role offers $75,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, a collaborative team environment, and long-term career potential.

This is an in‑person role based in the Buffalo, NY area

• Review RFPs, specifications, and design documents to determine project scope and estimating requirements.
• Prepare complete and accurate quantity take‑offs for HVAC and piping systems using estimating software.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assemble and organize comprehensive estimating spreadsheets and proposal documents.
• Coordinate with superiors, peers, and estimating staff to clarify scope, requirements, and project details.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure all estimating work aligns with company standards, policies, and best practices.

• Degree from a college, trade school, or equivalent technical training required.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction estimating, with a focus on piping and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and bid documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
