Seeking an Engineering Supervisor for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the site’s technical plan and lead a maintenance engineer and a process engineer
- Work with the maintenance team on equipment downtime and root cause analysis
- Support the installation of new equipment
- Contribute to design changes on equipment and facility projects
- Ensure work meets GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automated manufacturing; GMP or regulated experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs and automated equipment, with strong troubleshooting skills
