As a participant in Prelaunch, our summer internship program, you will embark on a structured three-month development journey that provides the foundational building blocks for starting a successful career at Mott Mac Donald.

Your responsibilities may include:

Designing engineering solutions

Conducting site inspections and monitoring

Joining project and client meetings

Refining technical designs and documentation

Analyzing reports and specifications

Exploring project and client management

Leveraging digital tools and innovation

Driving sustainable outcomes

Progress towards aBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering , or related field

Demonstrated interest in your chosen field throughpreviousinternships, volunteering opportunities, or organization memberships

Creative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving

Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues

This position is located in Buffalo, NY . You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Eligible interns may participate in Mott Mac Donald's 401(k) retirement savings plan and gain valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development while working on meaningful projects.

The expected salary for this position is $18 - $35 /hr

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
