What You'll DoAs a Senior Product Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio by:

Leading product development projects from concept, prototyping, testing, and validation through production launch.

Collaborating with industrial designers, engineers, manufacturing teams, and other stakeholders to create innovative and practical solutions.

Developing detailed engineering documentation, specifications, drawings, and technical reports.

Utilizing advanced CAD tools, including Solid Works and AutoCAD, to create, evaluate, and optimize product designs.

Designing and executing product testing, analysis, and validation activities to ensure quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Improving product performance, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

Providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineering team members.

Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Staying current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and engineering best practices.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related engineering discipline.
5+ years of product design engineering experience, including leadership of complex development projects.

Proven success leading products from concept through commercial production.

Experience collaborating with manufacturing, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Strong proficiency with CAD platforms such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar design software.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in highly engineered manufacturing environments.

Expertise in product testing, validation, and design optimization.

Experience driving cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentoring or project leadership experience.
