US Seasonal Tax-Financial Services Organization-Real Estate-Senior Manager role ation:
Anywhere in Country. EY is seeking a Senior Manager to support real estate tax within a large, global organization.

• Lead tax planning projects for a diverse client base, providing up-to-date tax advice the clients can rely on.
• Manage and develop teams in a collaborative environment, fostering information sharing and professional growth.
• Analyze an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights.
• Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients.
• Research market trends to maintain credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Build client relationships with deep knowledge of real estate, hospitality and construction industries.
• Develop clear, intelligent plans to improve clients' tax activities.
• Assess clients' business operations to tailor advice to their specific needs and supervise a motivated team to reach full potential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate tax technical and transaction skills (e.g., partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring).
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects; ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Business development experience within the market; proven track record in professional services or tax organizations.
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context; strong influencing skills and confidence to question existing processes.
• Willingness to travel as needed; comfortable working in a balanced hybrid environment.
• CPA qualification or state bar membership.

Initiative, problem-solving mindset, ability to speak up and drive improvements across the business. Strong software skills and the ability to handle complex data from multiple sources.

• The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries are determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
