Responsibilities- Support international accounting functions
- Manage monthly financial closing processes and budget planning, including improvements
- Improve revenue growth
- Create and reach cash flow goals
- Monitor budget and develop business plans
- Manage a global finance team
- Make and meet deadlines as a team and individually
- Conduct financial analysis
- Prepare and submit corporate documents and reports
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable administration and development
- 10+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work in a high importance, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple people
Salary
: $180,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus and stock options
Work from home with 30% of the time requiring international and domestic travel.
Position requires strong manufacturing background with experience in international accounting services, and a desire for extensive travel.
