Seasonal Tax Preparer – The Bonadio Group

We are looking for experienced Seasonal Tax Preparers to support the Small Business Advisory Service Line in our Buffalo office from January to April 2026.

• Prepare concise individual income tax returns
• Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current tax trends
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Handle and manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects and engagements on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction
• Deliver quality client service (internal staff/external clients) and value while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships

• At least three years experience in client tax preparation
• Proficiency in Pro System FX tax software

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour.

Location:

Buffalo, NY.

Season:
January 2026 – April 2026.

Employment Type:

Full‑time.

• Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
• Ability to work additional hours is required at peak times
