In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining critical loan and financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where precision and organization are key to safeguarding essential records.

Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Process and maintain custody documents in accordance with agency guidelines or custodial agreements for Institutional clients.
- Utilize imaging systems to scan, index, and retrieve documents efficiently.
- Match document data within the custody tracking system to original documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Determine if documents are original or copies and update records accordingly.
- Follow established review criteria and elevate discrepancies as needed.
- Update the tracking system with any exceptions or issues identified during the review process.
- Ensure compliance with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
- Identify and elevate risk-related issues to management.
- Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points as required.
- Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma OR equivalent, and one year of document or imaging experience.
- Proficiency with personal computers, good alpha/numeric skills.
- Adapting to new policies and procedures to improve processes and workflow.
- Ability to function independently within time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
