Stylist Position – Supercuts

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr.

Every Supercuts stylist undergoes intensive training, attends regular seminars, and is recertified annually to stay ahead of trends. Ongoing training and education are a focus at Supercuts, and we pay stylists to attend.

Professional services include haircuts, color & highlights, waxing, and specialty services. No appointment is necessary; guests can check in online or by phone.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service, understanding guest needs, providing quality consultations, and performing requested services efficiently and professionally.
• Ability to complete administrative tasks such as transactions on the computerized register, close‑out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.

• Standing for sustained periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level.
• Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services.
• Good vision for observing guest's hair, including close vision and color vision.
• Ability to communicate with guests about services offered and requested and guest needs and wants.
