Drybar Buffalo is opening its doors — and we’re looking for a standout Hair Stylist Educator / Trainer to join our founding team.Drybar is looking for a dynamic hair stylist educator / trainer who excels in hair stylist training and delivers exceptional blowouts.

As a valued educator / trainer leader in our vibrant shop, you will enjoy an array of fantastic perks:

• Pay ranges from $25 - $35 / hour including tips, commission, and bonuses based on personal and shop performance
• Bonuses and additional commission based on shop performance

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:

• Has 1+ years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (newer educators welcome - if you know this is your calling we want to meet you!)
• Holds a current and valid state Cosmetology license
• Is able to communicate in the best and challenging situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer service - customers love you!
• Can pivot easily with grace and stay calm under pressure, and multi task like a pro
