Schedule: Full Time & Part Time
Full Time:
Tuesday‑Saturday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am
Part Time:
Sunday‑Monday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am
Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour – based on experience
Shift differential available for evening and weekend shifts

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide
.
- Assisting our memory‑impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents’ dignity and promoting their independence.
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
- Maintain and document proper records of care.
- Immediately report changes in resident’s condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents’ whereabouts unknown, etc.
- Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred or required by law.
- One year working in a caregiving capacity preferred.
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required.
