As a Billing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting billing, coding, and collections teams while partnering with leadership to improve processes and performance across assigned practices.

• Support daily operations of billing, coding, collections, accounts receivable, and insurance verification.
• Assist in supervising revenue cycle staff, including training, onboarding, and work distribution.
• Serve as a resource for revenue cycle workflows, Epic billing systems, and payer requirements.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and performance monitoring (AR, denials, charge lag, collections).
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Support recruitment, process improvement initiatives, and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in physician billing, coding, collections, or revenue cycle operations.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic or similar billing systems required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Medical coding certification preferred but not required.
