Job DescriptionThe Director of Data Governance and Management will lead enterprise-wide data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives to ensure the integrity, availability, and reliability of data across all business and clinical systems. Operating within a centralized Epic environment shared by the hub and two large Community Connect partners, this leader will drive the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of data governance frameworks that support informed decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all connected organizations.
Educationand Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience10+ years of progressive experience in data governance, data management, or information strategy. 5+ years in a leadership role within healthcare or a similarly regulated industry. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks. Deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR). Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
