Seeking a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role with a competitive salary of $60-80/hour plus productivity bonus.
Responsibilities- Provide hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends (shared with other providers) and conduct dialysis unit rounds.
- Flexible outpatient office hours.
- Assess and manage kidney disease patients, obtain histories, perform exams, and recommend necessary tests.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Active NY NP license.
- 2+ years of experience (preferably in nephrology).
- National certification.
- DEA eligibility.
- Strong clinical skills.
