Carry a portfolio of partner practices end to end — implementation, launch, steady-state, and recovery. The same face, every phase, no handoffs

Close the referral gap: most practices have one or two physicians generating nearly all referrals while ten sit idle. Reach every provider individually, find out what's actually stopping them, and remove it

Run implementations in the field — stakeholder discovery, mapping how referrals move through the practice today, co-designing a process that's easier than what they do now, and hands-on staff training

Drive launches: kickoff sessions, weekly check-ins through the first 90 days, and early success stories you can carry back into the room

Turn our scorecards into two-minute conversations that change what a physician does next

Spot trouble before it shows up in the numbers — the staff turnover, the workflow change, the champion who went quiet

Pay: $60,000–$75,000 base (based on experience) + performance incentive up to $1,500/month tied to referrals per provider per month, plus mileage reimbursement for practice travel

Career Growth:
Pathway to Regional Engagement Lead or Market Lead as we expand beyond Western New York — with first look at new territories

Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Buffalo / WNY area — this role is in practices, not remote

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Comfort initiating conversations with people who didn't schedule time for you

A background that translates: physician liaison or provider relations, outside sales in any industry, medical device or specialty pharma, practice management, health plan network relations, or public health outreach

No clinical license required — we'll teach you the model
