As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Your expertise will focus on assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote patient well-being. Our clinical teams are committed to delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.

• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions in older adults
• Develop and implemented individualized treatment plans to promote patient well-being
• Provide behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

We offer a competitive Salary of $80k-$160k.
