Body Holistics Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Buffalo, New York. You will work onsite in a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional growth and team collaboration. Our work schedule is designed to ensure a balanced approach with shifts running from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This structure allows for a predictable work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive consistent, high-quality care.

• Provide individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and conditions, focusing on restoring motion and enhancing mobility.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to dedicate sufficient time to each patient's care and progress.
• Deliver advanced orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and your expertise as a Physical Therapist.
• Employ cost-effective treatment modalities to minimize the need for surgical interventions and reduce reliance on medications.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programming, and modalities that promote healing.
• Engage patients in customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to their individual needs, fostering an environment of motivation and encouragement.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's rehabilitation strategy.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjust care plans as necessary, and meticulously document all sessions and patient interactions.

Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals working to improve mobility after surgical procedures. You will engage with patients of all ages and fitness levels, allowing you to apply your skills in various therapeutic scenarios tailored to meet their unique rehabilitation needs.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New York state with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques combined with a strong foundation in orthopedic care.
• Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs that motivate and engage patients in their recovery process.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, with a preference for experience in WebPT, to ensure accurate documentation.

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and current trends in physical therapy practices to enhance treatment methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues alike.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
