As a Night Auditor, you will ensure efficient and accurate reporting of lodge accounts, oversee evening front office operations, and exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding service. • Permanent full-time position: 30 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $26.50 - $27.00 per hour

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage when needed, provide support throughout their stay, and build strong rapport by resolving any complaints in a courteous and effective manner
• Assist the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers with lodge operations, manage phone queries, and ensure venue security
• Monitor reservation reports to ensure preparation for occupancy levels
• Ensure all transactions are processed whilst adhering to the security procedures
• Clean public areas such as the reception and office, as well as guest rooms, including collecting soiled linen for laundering

• Relevant experience working in a night audit or front office position within a hotel or lodge environment, delivering high levels of guest service
• Proven experience with hotel operating systems
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure quality guest service
• Availability to work night shift hours on a rotating roster
