Overnight Supervisor — Hilton Garden Inn‑Buffalo Airport
Hilton Garden Inn‑Buffalo Airport is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join their team. The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the front office operations of the hotel while providing support to the management team.
Job Responsibilities- Assists in overseeing guest services and front office operations; ensuring superior service is a priority.
- Fosters a positive, cooperative work environment between front office staff and management.

Desk Duties:- Greeting guests and completing the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and recording pertinent information.
- Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting all information into the hotel management system, and updating or canceling reservations as requested.
- Handling cash’ici, credit card information and goods at the property.
- Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment. Responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
- Typical Schedule : Evening shifts: 11 PM – 7 AM, Weekend availability needed.

Pay RangePay range: $20‑$21 per hour
What You Bring- Customer service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
- Hotel brand experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer knowledge including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
