We are currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper who is passionate about hospitality, obsessed with detail, and energized by leading a team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences.

The Executive Housekeeper plays a lead role in the Reikart House production by overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping, laundry and public area operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction - while educating the team how their work contributes to our story.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, train, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team
• Recruit, interview, hire, schedule, coach, and develop ambassadors
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and quality standards across all guestrooms and public spaces
• Conduct daily inspections and follow up on any deficiencies
• Create, manage, and control departmental budgets, labor productivity, and supply costs
• Partner with Maintenance, Front Desk, and General Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve service issues
• Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance processes
• Maintain compliance with all brand standards, safety, and sanitation requirements
• Manage inventory, chemicals, and equipment usage safely and efficiently
• Instill pride in the team by reinforcing how their work brings the Reikart House story to life

• An experienced Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in a hotel environment
• Familiar with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, or comparable brands
• Comfortable with scheduling, payroll, budgets, and forecasting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent
• A natural culture-builder who connects people to purpose, not just tasks

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Bending, kneeling, and standing required throughout the day
• High mobility throughout guest floors and public spaces
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
