On-Site Recruiter

Overview

Capital Management Services (CMS) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Buffalo, NY (on-site). This full-time role supports recruiting for multiple clients within financial services, including areas such as Customer Service, 1st and 3rd Party Collections, Mortgage, Fraud, and Loan Verification. We are building a recruitment team that brings in the right people for the right roles.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple clients and internal teams: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with CMS leadership to update and implement recruiting policies and procedures that reflect best practices.
• Conduct on-site interviews and manage high-volume recruitment cycles every 2-3 weeks.
• Handle background checks, drug testing, and employment verifications.
• Support and mentor other recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate and maintain recruiting schedules to meet hiring goals consistently.

• 1-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting entry-level candidates.
• People management or leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in collections or telemarketing recruitment is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and connect with applicants beyond just meeting hiring metrics.
• Comfortable with change and growth; this role will evolve as the recruiting team expands.

This is an in-person role based in Buffalo, NY 14206. Applicants must be able to relocate prior to starting.
