The Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) is an important centralized resource providing Tier 1 customer service support to our employees and leaders related to the following Centers of Excellence (COE):
Payroll, Benefits, Integrated Absence, Employee Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Data Management, HRIS and Learning and Performance. The HRSC will serve as the "front Door" to enhance the employee experience with items such as navigating Employee Self Service resources, connecting with external service providers, understanding HR Policies and Procedures, and providing general assistance with basic day-to-day employee HR needs.

The Senior Human Resources Service Center Specialist will be responsible for the development and growth of our HRSC operations and service delivery, including building and managing the support team. The Senior HRSC Specialist will ensure exceptional service delivery of Tier 0 and Tier 1 customer service within a complex organizational structure. This will require a balance of strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, including motivating a team, driving service improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally among all COEs to identify opportunities and resolve issues that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Education

and Credentials

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required.

Experience

5 years of experience in a customer‑facing and service‑related role required; 5 years in a supervisory capacity required. Proficiency with HR technology, including HCM system, Microsoft Word and Excel, email, phone, and intranet. Customer service driven; strong written and oral communication; interpersonal and conflict management skills. Must be organized and able to multi‑task. Must work a non‑traditional schedule (e.g., 7 am–4 pm or 11 am–7 pm).

Preferred: 3 years in Human Resources related field.

Salary Range: $61,756.50 – $84,922.50 (wage varies by experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement). Requisition #: 14025.
