The Talent Acquisition Partner implements employment policies, procedures and strategies for job candidate recruitment, screening and hiring based on Kaleida Health/VNA goals and objectives, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

Associates degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or related field, or five years relevant HR experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.

1 year of experience in professional recruitment experience; or 5 years relevant Human Resource experience; or 5 years of experience in a healthcare, business or communication profession required. NYS Drivers License required upon hire.
