Position: RECRUITER, TALENT ACQUISITION

Hourly Pay Range:

$23.00–$27.43

Shift:

Monday–Friday 8:30 am–4:00 pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Ensure effective communication with applicants, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Use a variety of methods/tools to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Participate in career fairs.
  • Manage assigned requisitions.
  • Review job applications within one business day.
  • Complete the candidate interview process.
  • Ensure reference and background checks are completed and consistent with agency standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel to various locations in Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, and Monroe County.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
