Recruitment Coordinator, Career Design Center

University at Buffalo is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator, Career Design Center to support recruiting activities with employers and alumni that promote student success. The coordinator plans logistics and communications for on-campus and virtual employer recruiting and administers employer activity in Bullseye, powered by Handshake. This role also serves as the operational hub for employer inquiries within the Employer Relations team.

• Coordinate end-to-end planning, logistics, and communications for on-campus and virtual employer recruiting activities.
• Administer employer accounts and approvals in the recruitment platform Bullseye, powered by Handshake.
• Manage shared communications for employer inquiries and coordinate next steps across the Employer Relations team.
• Document and improve recruiting workflows, operational procedures, and service processes.
• Contribute to implementing and assessing the employer relations and external engagement strategic plan.
• Hold an associate degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Show experience coordinating recruiting operations, administrative workflows, HR processes, client services, or project coordination.
• Learn and administer technology platforms such as Handshake and Asana.
• Prefer experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, online recruitment systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Pay $54,090-$56,430 a year for a full-time UUP Professional term appointment.
