APEX Payroll Specialist

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN APEX PAYROLL SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. Day to day as an apex payroll specialist

As an APEX Payroll Specialist, you can expect to oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing payroll processing, collaborating with HR to resolve employee inquiries, and implementing payroll enhancements. You'll be expected to analyze payroll data, troubleshoot system issues, and conduct regular audits to guarantee accuracy and integrity. In this position, you’ll also mentor and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment where problem-solving is encouraged.

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, providing a structured yet dynamic work routine that promotes work-life balance. Prepare to engage with cross-functional teams and continuously seek ways to improve payroll processes, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all your interactions.
