* Summary:

** Provides leadership and coordination of IT department teams and project teams; organizes and executes projects; participates in vendor evaluation and system implementation activities; works directly with business owners and IT team members to assess and document business processes, requirements and recommend process improvements; directs systems testing activities;
Manages employees; supports the IT needs of various business units while ensuring that the technology solutions and systems align with the needs and objectives of the business and organization. Starting annual salary is $112,528.##

* Qualifications:

** Required

Education and Experience    1. Doctorate degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field; or  2. Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or  3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience;

or  4. Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or  5. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time computer systems or business systems analyst experience.

NOTE:

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position requires a senior level of subject matter expertise and knowledge in the Athena IDX BAR, TES  and HPA modules.  Additionally, this individual would be responsible for the ongoing optimization of outstanding edits and to assist in coding automation.
