• Hands-on experience with Dell Power Edge rack and tower servers
• Strong proficiency in RHEL and Ubuntu operating systems
• Background working in large-scale server environments

• Experience with Power Edge XE server models

• Maintain a high level of detail, accuracy, and organization in all tasks
• Support daily data center operations and routine activities
• Perform proactive data center walkthroughs, monitoring for hardware warnings (amber lights), hot spots, or other alerts, and notify the customer when necessary
• Escort on-site field engineers when required
• Create, update, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
• Manage LOIS parts inventory (training provided onsite)
• Maintain up-to-date environment documentation, including serial numbers, rack elevations, runbooks, and related records
• Coordinate with customers on planned maintenance activities, such as power work, cooling adjustments, or containment changes
• Perform BIOS lifecycle management, including user administration and patching
• Work with Dell support to schedule and execute OSE break/fix activities
• Follow customer guidance to apply version updates and other approved changes
