Our SDG team in East Aurora, NY is looking for an AI Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on design, implementation, and/or delivery of AI systems and projects. You will report directly to the IT Applications Manager and enjoy a collaborative working environment that offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities- Development and configuration of end-user applications, systems, databases, or websites that are integrated with AI technology
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and tools based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI systems that align with business goals
- Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations
- Develop and maintain documentation related to AI system specifications, configurations, and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant degree is required
- 3-5+ years of experience in application and analytics development
- Proven experience in AI system analysis, design, or implementation
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and virtual agents
- Proficiency in programming languages including C#, Python, and SQL
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an Agile Development environment is a plus
