Overview

In a rapidly changing IT environment, clients across industries turn to us for trusted solutions to complex risks and vulnerabilities. As part of our Digital Identity (DI) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) teams, you’ll help clients gain insight and context into their PAM environments and assess, improve, and build infrastructure, processes, and policies to meet current and next‑generation PAM needs. You will apply both technical and business skills to drive this mission and make an impact on cyber security at a global level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects or elements of multiple client engagements, including service delivery, business development, and related activities.
  • Work alongside respected industry professionals, using the latest tools and techniques to identify and overcome pressing security issues.
  • Conduct privileged access management assessments, capability maturity and benchmarking.
  • Develop PAM strategy, road maps, target operating model, governance, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Analyze and assess vendors, design and architecture for PAM transformation.
  • Re‑engineer process and policies, plan and implement expansions, integrations, and solutions migrations.
  • Discover, remediate, and onboard privileged accounts and secrets.
  • Automate operational processes.

  • Use up‑to‑date industry knowledge to identify engagement issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and approximately 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in PAM solutions, including design or implementation of technologies such as Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea, or Hashi Corp.
  • Experience in role‑based access control design and development.
  • Experience in secret management and Dev Ops tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Git Lab, Kubernetes, Terraform) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
  • Exposure to IGA solutions (SailPoint or Saviynt) and scripting/programming languages (Power Shell, Java, C#).
  • Understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI.
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping.
  • Valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport; willingness to travel internationally (40–60%).
Additional Desired
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to speak with director and VP levels.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, or CRISC desirable; non‑certified hires must become certified within one year of hire.
  • Vendor certifications in Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea, or Hashi Corp.
