Business Systems Analyst, Clinical Research
The Clinical Trials Office (CTO) is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can help ensure alignment between clinical research operations and financial systems. This position will work closely with various roles across the institute with direction given by the Director of Clinical Research Technology.
This Position Will- Serve as the operational translator between the CTO, patient accounts, and Information Technology (IT)
- Provide specialized knowledge of clinical trial billing to ensure accurate and timely charge capture
- Identify and resolve systemic issues that delay billing or create audit vulnerabilities
- Facilitate communication and workflow optimization across departments
The starting annual salary for this position is $78,126 with a full comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field; or
- Associates degree in computer science, engineering, data science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full‑time computer systems or business systems analyst experience; or
- High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma with a diploma or certificate in a computer science, or related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full‑time computer systems or business systems analyst experience.
Note:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
